My approach works best for particular kinds of leaders.

Were going to make great leaps and bounds together if this describes you:

  • You might be part of a management team within a larger organization or you might run the whole show yourself. Maybe you own a small business, lead a non-profit, or are a community organizer. Whether you want your team to have a strong sense of belonging or are implementing initiatives to make your workplace more inclusive, you care about what you do, who you do it for, and how you do it.

  • You recognize that we are all interconnected and aspire to contribute to a balanced, life-supporting society with new structures. You want to make money and keep a roof over your head—but not at the expense of your ethics, your relationships, or the environment.

  • You might have taken a course or two on managing a team and your bookshelf (or library borrowing history) is full of self-development titles. There are some good concepts, but they ultimately fall short because they don’t go deep enough or didn’t connect with your sense of what leadership could be.

  • You might have a sense of what feels right (or wrong), but you don’t always trust your intuition because you don’t have all the facts yet. You get the concept of Leadership Presence, but you aren’t sure how to consciously cultivate it.

  • You like having lots of variety and new challenges, but lately things have started feeling much harder than they used to. Your fuse is getting shorter but your to-do list never shrinks, and you would love a real solution that goes deeper than bubble baths and candles.

  • You’re a high achiever and strive for excellence but you feel like you’re mostly flying by the seat of your pants as a leader. You wish there was more support available as you navigate uncharted territory.
